Qualifications/Education Required Skills & Abilities
- Extensive leadership experience in operations, preferably within HVAC, construction, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 or related software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive executive leadership experience within the HVAC, mechanical contracting, or construction industry.
- State of CT S1 Department of Consumer Protection Licensure is a plus.
- Demonstrated success managing full P&L responsibility and driving sustained profitable growth.
- Extensive knowledge of construction operations, project management, estimating, and safety compliance.
- Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and organizational leadership capabilities.
- Experience working within a parent company, private equity, or multi-entity corporate structure preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to be an innovative, highly motivated, change agent, and highly influential leader driving continuous improvement.
- Lead transformation efforts to ensure best-in-class performance.
- Possess the ability to manage across various business disciplines and integrate solutions within various disparate tools/ processes.
- Experience synthesizing quantitative and qualitative analysis data into understandable, actionable strategic plans to impact the business.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, standing, bending, reaching with arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and walking.
- Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Prompt arrival at work. Must be flexible, and available to work various shifts if necessary.
- Occasional exposure to wet and or humid conditions, highly precarious places, and outside weather conditions.
- Ability to travel regularly to job sites, client meetings, and NexCore locations.
- Availability for evening and weekend commitments as business needs dictate.
