RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information
  • Use Dealerlogix system to send estimates to customers and provide reports
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
  • clearly communicate with customers 
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers
  • Advise customers of recommended repairs and maintenance, be able to explain why each are a benefit.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Above average energy level
  • A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • Demonstrate a willingness and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to type,
  • Ability to learn how to operate the Dealership computer system
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle responsibility and take ownership of your role.
