Job Description
New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant (Nissan & Infiniti) – Sales & Experience Team
This position is based at our Oceanside location, one of the top-performing stores in the Mossy Nissan group. At Mossy Auto Group, we do things differently. We believe buying and servicing a vehicle should feel transparent, easy, and genuinely enjoyable — the neighborly way. Our culture is built on Teamwork, Excellence, Accountability, Caring, Communication, and Honesty, and we’re looking for people who bring those values to work every day.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in automotive sales with a family-owned and operated company that believes in developing its people and promoting from within. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle buying process, building relationships, and helping match each customer with the right vehicle to fit their needs. Success in this role comes from strong communication, consistency, and a genuine desire to help people.
We’re hiring energetic, outgoing, motivated people to join our Sales & Experience Team, representing Nissan and Infiniti. If you’re comfortable calling, texting, or DM’ing customers to drive sales, love talking to people, and want a job where your effort = your paycheck, this is it.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where you’ll respond to customers online, work fresh leads, set appointments, and help deliver both new and pre-loved vehicles to the community. No experience is required as we’ll train you from day one. We’re looking for people with confidence, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic.
