Job Description
Rosen Automotive Group is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Courtesy Rental Coordinator to support our service department operations. This role is responsible for managing courtesy and loaner vehicles, assisting service customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth rental experience from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage dealership courtesy/loaner vehicle scheduling
- Assist customers with rental and loaner vehicle check-in/check-out processes
- Verify driver’s licenses, insurance information, and required documentation
- Ensure all rental agreements and paperwork are completed accurately
- Maintain organization and tracking of vehicle availability and renewals
- Communicate with service advisors and managers regarding customer transportation needs
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, fuel levels, and damage before and after use
- Follow dealership policies regarding loaner and rental vehicle procedures
- Maintain professional and friendly customer interactions at all times
- Assist with administrative duties and reporting as needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required
- Previous dealership, rental, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
