
Ticket Office Manager (Athletics Operations Specialist II)
Job Description
The overall purpose of this job is to manage all sales for events associated with the Athletic Department and its programs. Management of petty cash, requests for and disbursement for team travel, official visits and special events in accordance with TTU, conference, and NCAA policies and procedures. Receive, receipt and deposit revenue, donations and other monies for the department. Provide technical assistance and management for the sales system for the ticket office, Corporate Sales and Marketing, and the Golden Eagle Golf Club. Supervise staff, temporary staff and student workers for office and event work. Assist customers, patrons and staff while maintaining good customer service and business etiquette.
