Compensation (Read This Carefully)
This is a performance-driven role.
Base salary exists, but it’s not why top performers are here
Average agents earn $60K–$70K
Strong agents earn $85K–$100K+
Top closers go beyond that
If you’re confident in your ability to produce, this is an opportunity to control your income.
If you’re not… the base won’t feel comfortable.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound sales conversations
- Building trust quickly and leading clients to the right decision
- Closing consistently, even when it’s uncomfortable
- Asking for referrals and creating more opportunity
- Taking ownership of your results, every single day
You’ll spend 80%+ of your time on the phone.

Requirements
What It Takes to Be Considered
Non-negotiables:
- Active P&C or Personal Lines License
- Minimum 1 year of P&C insurance sales experience
- Must live in: WV, PA, MD, VA, OH, NC, SC, KY, TN, or IN

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Owning your results — hitting and exceeding production goals with property & casualty insurance sales consistently
- Running high-volume sales conversations — inbound and outbound, every day
- Closing business — guiding prospects to decisions, even when it gets uncomfortable
- Building trust fast — positioning yourself as the expert, not just another agent
- Creating opportunity — asking for referrals and generating additional business
- Staying sharp — continuously improving product knowledge and sales skill
