We are growing and seeking a Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Licensed P&C Customer Service Representative who is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients while driving agency growth.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the primary point of contact for policyholders, assisting with policy servicing, resolving inquiries, and supporting retention efforts. While primarily a service role, this position includes strong cross-sell and win-back sales opportunities, offering both stability and high earning potential.

Compensation & Incentives:

Base salary up to $40,000*

Commissions up to $40,000+ annually from cross-sell and win-back opportunities

Monthly and annual incentives totaling $10,000+

Paid training and clear pathways for growth

MUST ALREADY HAVE PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE

Schedule & Work Environment:

* Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

* First 6 months: In-office (Plano, TX)

* After 6 months: Hybrid option available

* After 12 months OR upon hitting production goals: 100% remote option

Remote option after 6 months of in office work experience

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

> Responding to inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner

> Processing policy endorsements (adding/removing vehicles, drivers, etc.)

> Handling payments and billing inquiries

> Following up on cancellation audits

> Reaching out to clients regarding property inspection inquiries

> Coordinating with mortgage lenders for home policy endorsements

> Supporting policyholders with questions on availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing clarification

> Building and maintaining strong client relationships

> Creating cross-sell, referral, and retention opportunities
