We're seeking an ambitious and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. It is for someone who is hungry to get into a sales role but has limited prior experience and no insurance license. In this role, your development will begin as a lead generator, making warm phone calls to interested prospects and transferring qualified leads to our licensed sales agents. This is a career development role where you will learn about our CRMs, products, and quoting platforms. During the development phase, we will sponsor you for the NYS Property and Casualty insurance license. Once you have obtained your license, you'll be promoted to a Licensed Agent and eligible to earn commissions on sales.
- Base pay starting at $17-$20 per hour based on experience

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships
- Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Previous insurance experience not required; training provided
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales opportunities from warm leads
- Learn and complete the Property & Casualty licensing course
- Educate customers on insurance coverages and available options
- Build rapport with clients and identify insurance needs
- Maintain organized communication and follow-up activities
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development
