Role Summary
Team members communicate virtually with union and association members who have requested information regarding available benefit programs. Responsibilities may include reviewing available options with clients, assisting with scheduling and follow-up, answering questions, and helping families navigate the enrollment process when appropriate.
Appointments are conducted remotely through scheduled virtual meetings.
