What You’ll Do

As a Ford Service Technician / Mobile Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer standards while delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing repairs and maintenance listed on repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, A/C, and electrical systems
• Test-driving vehicles and verifying repairs using diagnostic equipment
• Completing warranty repairs according to Ford standards
• Communicating with service advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following the manufacturer and dealership safety procedures

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred:

• Ford certifications or ASE certifications
• Previous automotive technician experience
• Diagnostic and electrical repair experience
