Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Overview
We are a growing insurance agency seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our daily operations and provide excellent service to our clients. This role focuses on customer support, policy servicing, and call handling — no sales license required.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable on the phone, and enjoys helping people.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Requirements
- ️ Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
- ️ Strong communication and customer service skills
- ️ Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office systems
- ️ Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- ️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- No insurance license required
- Training provided
Responsibilities
- Process policy changes, updates, and service requests
- Open, organize, and route incoming mail and documents
- Support customer retention through follow-ups and service assistance
- ️ Route quote and sales inquiries to licensed insurance producers
