Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License (required)
  • Life & Health License (preferred)
  • Highly coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and urgency
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Responsibilities
  • Generate new business and consistently achieve or exceed production goals
  • Develop tailored insurance quotes, deliver engaging presentations, and close sales with confidence
  • Build strong client relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions
  • Actively contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative discussions
