Through our district’s structured development and paid program, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and guidance tailored to position you for long-term success. Our goal is to prepare you to confidently transition into an agency owner - leading your own business and making an impact in your community upon completion of the program.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year

Requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and lead a business
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team culture
Willingness to obtain and maintain required state insurance licenses (if not already licensed)
Previous experience in sales, leadership, or customer service is preferred but not required
Commitment to completing the district’s training and development program
Professional presence and a passion for helping others
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business through prospecting, networking, and community involvement
Build and maintain strong client relationships by identifying needs and offering customized insurance solutions
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
Participate in training programs focused on sales, operations, and agency management
Drive agency growth by meeting and exceeding sales and production targets
Maintain a high level of customer service and client retention
Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards
Prepare for transition into full agency ownership within program guidelines
