Job Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, your main focus will be prospecting and engaging potential clients by making outbound calls to leads. Your goal is to create a great first impression, qualify prospects, and set up successful calls for our licensed sales producers. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in insurance sales and be part of a dynamic, results-driven team.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call goals.
