Insurance Sales Producer Base + Uncapped Commission

We’re growing our high-performing Farmers Insurance agency in Zimmerman and looking for a driven, competitive Sales Producer to join our team. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career, not just clock hours.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and marketing leads
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Identify coverage needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Follow up on warm leads and close sales consistently
• Work alongside a high-energy team focused on results and growth

• Have a background in sales (insurance, retail, car, tech, B2B, inside/outside if you've sold, we want to talk!)
• Thrive in a goal-driven environment and love a good challenge
• Have excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Are highly self-motivated, organized, and ready to build a lasting career
• Can become licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (we help with this)
• Are based in Minnesota or open to relocating
