Ross Downing Auto Group is on an ambitious path — growing from 5 stores to 20 by 2040. We’re looking for a Marketing Director who can build and execute the campaigns, digital presence, and brand strategy that fuels our expansion. WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Brand strategy & identity	Digital marketing & paid media
SEO, SEM & website performance	Social media & content strategy
Television, radio & OOH campaigns	CRM & customer retention programs
Marketing budget management	Vendor & agency relationships
New store launch marketing	Lead generation & conquest sales

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years in automotive marketing	Collaborative team player
Ability to grow & lead a department	Strong digital & traditional media mix
Data-driven decision maker	OEM co-op program knowledge
Dealer management system fluency	Bachelor’s in Marketing or related
