1. Posses the proper certificate or license for the assigned position. The applicant must have fulfilled the requirements defined by the Ohio state licensure requirements for grade band, student populationand subject.

    

2. In an interview, be able to demonstrate competence in performing the responsibilities associated with this position

    

3. Have a documented history of satisfactory teaching experiences and effective communications with students, staff and parents.
