Job Description
As a Producer at Gameloft Brisbane, you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of our game. You will support milestone execution from Vertical Slice through to launch and live operations, ensuring delivery against scope, quality, schedule and team goals.
Working closely with cross-discipline teams including Design, Art, Audio, Programming, QA and Production, you will help drive alignment, communication, and momentum across multiple agile teams. You will work closely with the Lead Producer and the rest of Production team to support day-to-day production operations, facilitate collaboration, and ensure teams are set up for success.
Your role will also involve collaborating with other departments like Legal, Localization, Marketing, Customer Care and external stakeholders to help coordinate development efforts and support a successful launch and live product.
What it means on a daily basis
- Assist cross-functional teams throughout development and support collaborative and healthy team culture through clear and candid communication on the team.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement across multiple teams.
- Work closely with discipline leads to track dependencies, maintain schedule and support delivery planning.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks across teams.
- Help translate creative and product goals into actionable roadmaps, production plans, and team goals to ensure the vision is maintained to deliver quality.
- Oversee development across all stages, from vertical slice to live operations.
- Communicate progress updates and share insights with stakeholders and teams.
- Help improve production workflows, communication practices, and team processes to support efficient and sustainable development.

Success in this role is reflected in empowered cross-functional teams that consistently deliver against milestones with clear priorities, strong communication, and minimal friction for the team.
The Producer brings transparency to progress on the project, dependencies, and risks, enabling informed decision-making. They help maintain a positive and collaborative team culture across a small large-scale, cross-platform project.
A successful Producer is highly collaborative, organized, adaptable, and trusted by both the development teams and the production group. They work effectively with the Game Manager, Lead Producer and project Leads and contribute positively to the overall success of the production team.

Qualifications
What you need to succeed
- 3+ years in a Producer, Development Manager, Project Manager or similar production role within game development.
- Experience supporting the delivery and shipment of commercial game projects, preferably on console or cross-platform titles.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and production best practices in game development environments.
- Provent track record supporting and coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Experience using production tools including Jira, Confluence and similar workflow management tools.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative development environments with changing priorities.
