Apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), as well as the Commonwealth of Virginia Accounting Policies and Procedures (CAPP) to ensure fiscal guidance meets or exceeds Agency Risk Management and Internal Control Standards (ARMICS) by managing over 70 fiscal documents.
