Senior Manager, Enterprise Performance Reporting

Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Senior Manager Enterprise Performance Reporting is responsible for enabling enterprise wide financial insight through standardized metrics, robust data dimensionality, and centralized reporting capabilities across laboratories and business units. Focuses on improving comparability, transparency, and decision support by aligning finance data structures, performance reporting, and governance across the organization.

Serves as a bridge between accounting, FP&A, operational finance, and business leadership, ensuring that financial information is consistent, trusted, and actionable at scale. Key deliverables include enterprise metrics, common data definitions, centralized reporting models, and cross lab comparability frameworks that support management, executive leadership, and external reporting needs.
