Job Description
A pivotal role within the organisation, the EMC Operations Lead will be responsible for the operational activities and efficiency of our Lab Technicians and Engineers. This includes operational efficiency (pricing, profitability, tasks) of the laboratory and day-to-day people management activities. At times, you may also serve as Project Lead and/or Reviewer on customer test programs.
The ideal person will possess the ability and desire to be a people leader, demonstrating core values of empathy, positivity, a change/growth mindset and being a good role model to those around you. We also want someone who understands how to utilise data to drive operational efficiency and who understands commercials. Technical experience and knowledge of EMC would be highly desirable, but not essential. Your ability to be a strong people leader is more important.
