Bus Driver 2026-2027
Starting Salary: $24.19 per hour
MINIMUM SKILLS/JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED
Possess effective communication skills, both oral and written
Willingness to assist with the requirements of special needs students
Possess a positive attitude towards special needs students
Ability to lift and/or manipulate body weight of children - minimum weight 50 obs.
Ability to climb stairs and life/manipulate wheelchairs with students
Valid CDL with school bus and passenger endorsements
A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment
Meets qualifications defined in the current Ohio Revised Code, Ohio Pupil Transportation Operation and Safety Rules, and School Board Policy.
