Job Description
- Implement and monitor site-specific HSE policies and procedures in line with local regulations and project requirements
- Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and safety walkabouts to identify hazards and ensure compliance
- Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions for site personnel and subcontractors
- Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and enforce safety protocols at all times
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed incident reports and corrective actions
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to maintain a safe work environment
- Oversee high-risk activities such as working at heights, confined spaces, electrical works, and chemical handling
- Maintain and update all safety documentation, permits-to-work, and compliance records
- Support emergency response planning and drills
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, preferably in semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech construction projects
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and international standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001)
- Yellow Book Certification
