Job Description

  1. Client Liaison:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding website maintenance and updates.
  • Understand and gather client requirements, translating them into clear, actionable tasks for the development team.
  1. Project Management:
  • Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance requests.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple client requests, ensuring efficient workflow and timely updates.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee the implementation of website updates and maintenance, ensuring they meet client expectations and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement or necessary updates.
  1. Communication:
  • Regularly update clients on the progress of their requests, maintaining clear and open communication.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, helping them understand the maintenance process and any technical aspects.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the development team to understand technical challenges and solutions.
  • Facilitate effective teamwork by bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Related experiences that will support the successful completion of listed responsibilities. Fluency in French and English are required.
