Job Description
- Client Liaison:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding website maintenance and updates.
- Understand and gather client requirements, translating them into clear, actionable tasks for the development team.
- Project Management:
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance requests.
- Manage and prioritize multiple client requests, ensuring efficient workflow and timely updates.
- Quality Assurance:
- Oversee the implementation of website updates and maintenance, ensuring they meet client expectations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement or necessary updates.
- Communication:
- Regularly update clients on the progress of their requests, maintaining clear and open communication.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, helping them understand the maintenance process and any technical aspects.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the development team to understand technical challenges and solutions.
- Facilitate effective teamwork by bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Related experiences that will support the successful completion of listed responsibilities. Fluency in French and English are required.
