Broking Director – Social Housing & Real Estate

We are seeking a strategic and client-focused professional to assess business needs, manage insurer relationships, structure and price bespoke insurance solutions, and drive placement strategies across Insurance markets, while ensuring compliance with internal standards and maintaining expert use of broking systems. A percentage of the role will involve broking Social Housing risks (Housing Associations). This will involve all aspects of their cover requirements.

You will liaise with the Social Housing team and work with them on broking costed tender submissions. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of insurance markets, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to deliver tailored client solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.
