Senior Business Development - Health & Benefit Indonesia

As a Senior Associate, Health & Benefits Business Development, you will support the growth of the Health & Benefits business in Indonesia by identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities, while expanding relationships with existing clients. Reporting to the Head of Health & Benefits Business Development, Indonesia, you will work closely with client teams, consultants and specialist functions to deliver compelling propositions and high-quality execution across the sales cycle. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with solid experience in employee benefits or insurance, who enjoys solution-selling and stakeholder engagement.
