
Incident/Crisis Management-Lead Analyst (Americas)
Job Description
WTW’s Enterprise Operational Resilience team is seeking an Incident & Crisis Management Analyst / Lead to support the ongoing enhancement and execution of the firm’s global crisis and incident management capabilities.
This role plays a key part in maintaining operational resilience by supporting disruption response activities, coordinating stakeholders during incidents, and contributing to the continuous improvement of resilience frameworks, playbooks, and testing programs.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure WTW can effectively prepare for, respond to, and recover from operational disruption events.
