The Technical Claims Consultant is a senior, client-facing role responsible for the effective management and settlement of major and complex insurance claims. The position plays a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with senior internal stakeholders, insurers, and external clients, ensuring that claims outcomes align with and support clients’ broader strategic objectives. With a strong emphasis on revenue generation, the role combines hands-on claims management with the delivery of high-value technical consultancy services, including audits, policy stress testing, scenario planning, and strategic advisory support. The role is particularly suited to professionals with deep expertise in Property Damage claims and complex loss environments.
