Junior Finance Business Partner, North America, Benefits Delivery & Outsourcing

Reporting to the North America Finance lead for Benefits Delivery & Outsourcing (BD&O), which covers both the Individual Marketplace (IM) line of business, which supports individuals in the United States who are navigating health coverage outside of traditional group health plans, and Outsourcing, focusing on traditional group plans. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing key business relationships with key stakeholders within Finance and the Business. Your primary goal is to provide insights and strategic support to your business, supporting them with efficient and effective decision-making, leading to growth in the business.
