Sales Data Coordinator

Compensation: $24.00 - $35.00 / hour
Description
The Sales Data Coordinator is responsible for executing and maintaining the end-to-end sales order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across systems and teams. This role serves as a key operational partner to Sales, Distribution, Inventory, and Accounting, maintaining data integrity and enabling seamless order execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following
- Own execution of the full sales order lifecycle, including entry, edits, fulfillment coordination, invoicing, and credit memo processing
- Manage order modifications including additions, rejections, returns, and refusals in accordance with state-specific compliance requirements
- Ensure all order activity is accurate, timely, and compliant with state and company standards
- Maintain accurate, complete, and reliable data across ERP, CRM, and external business systems
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Partner with Sales, Distribution, Inventory, and Accounting to ensure seamless order flow and issue resolution
- Serve as a central point of coordination to support execution across systems and teams
- Provide timely, high-quality support related to order status, reporting, and documentation
- Deliver clear communication and follow-through to internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
- Operate as a power user of order management systems (ERP, CRM, and related tools)
- Support process improvements, system transitions, and scalability initiatives
- Assist with reporting and dashboard maintenance and documentation of SOPs aligned to order workflows
- Provide project support for Sales Operations initiatives
- Support ad hoc reporting and operational needs as required
- Take on additional responsibilities aligned with business priorities
Qualifications
- Experience in a junior sales support role
- Business Central ERP system experience or data entry experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good time-management skills
- Familiar with CRM program(s) (e.g. Salesforce)
- Having a vast understanding of the principles of sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and Google Apps
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
- Must possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- Will be required to submit to a background check
- Must obtain all state required permits, licenses, certifications
- Possible travel in between sites may be asked on occasion
