Position Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to own three interconnected product areas—online ordering, restaurant marketing tools, and consumer insights—with a single unifying goal: more orders for every restaurant on the Menufy platform. These are not three separate workstreams. They are one flywheel. A better ordering experience creates more data. Better data powers smarter marketing. Smarter marketing brings diners back to order again. This role is responsible for keeping that flywheel turning.
You will own the consumer-facing ordering experience, the marketing tools restaurants use to reach and re-engage their guests—email, SMS, promotions, and loyalty—and the insights layer that surfaces actionable signals from all of those interactions. The north star is not feature adoption or page views. It is measurable order growth for the restaurants that trust us with their business.
We are intentionally recruiting outside the restaurant technology space. If your background is in e-commerce, growth marketing, CRM, fintech, or consumer apps, that cross-industry thinking is exactly what this product needs. Menufy already knows restaurants. We are looking for someone who can show us what restaurants could be. A note on the work itself: restaurant operators run demanding businesses on thin margins, and their skepticism of new technology is hard-won caution. The best ideas here earn trust one reliable improvement at a time.
This is a remote role.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Own the product roadmap across online ordering, restaurant marketing tools, and consumer insights, ensuring each area reinforces the others toward the goal of driving more orders
- Define and track the metrics that matter—order frequency, reorder rate, marketing campaign conversion, diner lifetime value—and use them to make and defend prioritization decisions
- Build and evolve the marketing tools restaurants use to reach their guests: email and SMS campaigns, automated re-engagement flows, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Develop the consumer insights layer that translates ordering behavior, campaign performance, and guest data into clear, actionable intelligence for restaurant operators
- Identify opportunities to connect signals across products—using ordering data to personalize marketing, and marketing results to improve the ordering experience
- Run continuous discovery: user interviews, operator feedback sessions, funnel analysis, and A/B experiments across all three product areas
- Translate insights and business goals into clear, well-scoped requirements that enable engineering to move fast without rework
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver solutions that operators can trust and diners actually love
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of product management experience owning a consumer-facing or growth-focused digital product with documented, measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple related product areas simultaneously and articulate how they connect toward a shared goal
- Fluency with product and marketing analytics: funnel analysis, cohort data, campaign performance metrics, and A/B testing without needing a data analyst to guide you
- Strong written communication: clear PRDs, executive narratives, and requirement docs that cross-functional teams actually rely on
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity—able to build conviction from data and instinct and bring others along
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Background in e-commerce, growth marketing, CRM platforms, fintech, consumer apps, or other high-velocity consumer products—restaurant industry experience is explicitly not required
- Experience designing closed-loop systems where user behavior data informs personalization, segmentation, or re-engagement—and where you can show the business impact of closing that loop
- Exposure to consumer data platforms, analytics dashboards, or insights products designed for non-technical end users
- Experience with B2B2C or dual-sided platforms where operator success and end-consumer experience are both first-class concerns
- A habit of benchmarking against best-in-class experiences outside your own industry—and bringing those benchmarks into product conversations
Why HungerRush?
- Be part of a company that’s redefining the restaurant experience with cutting-edge technology.
- Work on products that sit at the intersection of AI, voice, and consumer engagement.
- A culture that values innovation, experimentation, and collaboration.
- Opportunity to make a direct impact in a high-growth environment.
