Job Description
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding and willingness to learn grain handling practices.
- Experience with mechanical diagnosis, service, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
- Basic computer skills are preferred to enhance grain handling operations.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.).
- Ability to work in noisy environments, and conditions that may involve dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards, with appropriate safety measures in place.
- Ability to work at varying heights, including climbing on grain bins and legs.
- Ability to lift between 51 - 70 lbs.
