As a Document Controller within the Build subdivision of STRABAG UK, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects through the effective management, control, and distribution of project documentation. Requirements: Responsible to assist and manage effectively and efficiently the Design organisation’s information flow via the Common Data Environment (Asite) according to established CDE quality standards and requirements. Responsible to review and revise, whenever required, the CDE Protocols and internal plans and the corresponding the projects policies. Work closely together with the Assurance Team, the BIM Team, and Design Managers, and the Pre-construction Delivery Teams to assist them with their requirements for EDMS (electronic documents management systems), as well as their documentation obligations. Assist project teams to optimize existing workflows and processes by drafting process charts and administer the implementation. Assist with refining protocols and standards for the CDE with different stakeholders across the organisation and the client. Assist with coordinating data and system backups with third parties. Responsible for receiving and filing Enquiries, Tenders, Tender Addendums and ensuring all information is filed, document registers updated and distributed accordingly. Maintain tender addendum schedules and ensure latest information is available and filed. Updating of electronic and hard copy files
