Join the Virginia Department of Health’s Dental Health Program and help bring essential preventive oral health services directly to children in your community. As a Dental Assistant, you’ll support a mobile school-based sealant program that delivers education, screenings, and preventive care to students who need it most—helping reduce disease and expand access across the district. You’ll work side-by-side with a licensed Dental Hygienist to provide four-handed chairside support, assist in program outreach, manage patient records, and help families connect with ongoing dental care.
