Job Description
Recruitment Execution
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions across functions: from job briefing, sourcing, and screening, to interview coordination, offer, and pre-onboarding handover.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to understand hiring context, team dynamics, and role requirements before opening any requisition.
- Write and post compelling job advertisements that accurately reflect the role and attract the right candidate profile.
- Screen applications and conduct structured initial interviews to assess both technical fit and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring managers, ensuring structured evaluation and timely feedback.
- Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiation in alignment with compensation guidelines.
Sourcing & Pipeline
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill, and recurring roles.
- Utilize a mix of sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, campus partnerships, and employee referrals) to reach both active and passive candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and headhunters, managing them toward quality and cost efficiency.
- Represent Bosch Indonesia at career fairs, campus events, and industry forums as needed.
Process & Data
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS and HR systems.
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate) and provide regular updates to the HR Country Head.
- Continuously identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and propose practical improvements.
- Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience at every stage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
