Wage: $20.00 - $23.00/ hour

What You�ll Do
- Assist in leading engaging and meaningful daily activities tailored to the interests and abilities of our Memory Care residents.
- Help create an environment filled with warmth, belonging, dignity, and joy.
- Encourage resident participation through music, games, crafts, exercise, sensory activities, outings, and social connection.
- Build caring relationships with residents while supporting their emotional and cognitive well-being.
- Assist with special events, celebrations, and family engagement activities within the community.
- Work closely with caregivers, nurses, and the Activities Director to ensure residents receive individualized support and encouragement.
- Bring patience, creativity, compassion, and positive energy to every interaction.
What We�re Looking For
- Someone with a compassionate heart and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
- Experience in senior living, activities, recreation, caregiving, or hospitality is preferred, but not required�we will train the right person.
- A positive attitude, creativity, and enthusiasm for engaging with residents.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience and understanding when working with individuals living with dementia or cognitive impairment.
- Someone who believes small moments of kindness can have a big impact.
