Job Description
The Concierge position serves as the key communication link for residents, their families, staff, guests, and potential residents by receiving and handling outside and internal calls, greeting guests, and providing assistance and information. This position is a frontline customer service representative for St. James Place and plays an essential role in creating a welcoming and lasting first impression that demonstrates the mission and values of our community. The Concierge position also plays a role in responding to campus emergencies and alerts.
