Job Description
This dynamic, full-time position is the backbone of our clinical staffing operations across our Assisted Living (AL), Highland Court Assisted Living (HCAL), and Highland Court Nursing (HCN) communities. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and managing schedules for our direct care staff, ensuring all shifts are appropriately covered and compliant with state regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in onboarding new team members and serving as a critical backup to the care team during periods of staffing shortages.
