Supply Chain Manager Norway

 Purchasing:

• Manage Purchasing with responsibility for 1 Purchasing Specialist.
• Contribute to correct purchase in accordance with consumption and target for material on stock.
• Ensure correct Customs clearance for all imports and export of materials.
• Purchase orders for MRO and CAR.
• Approve invoices for purchased materials.
• Raw Material costing in SAP and reporting.

Shipping/customer service:

• Manage Shipping and Customer support with responsibility for 3 Shipping/Customers Coordinators.
• Ensure that all orders are executed in accordance with produced volume and customer request for delivery.
• Follow-up on relevant laws and regulations.
• Ensure correct Customs clearance for all exports.
• Ensure correct transport documents for all modes of transport.

Warehouse:

• Manage finished goods and raw materials Warehouse with responsibility for 2 operators.
• Ensure correct picking and loading of goods in accordance with delivery notes, customer requests and transport regulations.
• Ensure goods receipt control of bulk and packed materials.
• Ensure correct labeling of packed raw materials.
• Ensure that FI/FO principal for finished goods and raw materials.
• Follow up for shelf life for materials in stock.

Logistics:

• Responsible for negotiations and follow-up of agreements with carriers to ensure functional and cost effective transport.
• Seek solutions for improvements on cost and logistics issues to and from Norway.
• Ensure that freight rates are registered in SAP to enable correct calculation and accrual for freight cost.
• Approve invoices for transport cost.

• Support to Plant Manager Fredrikstad
• Member of Operation management team in Fredrikstad.
• Follow up on budget.
• Ensure flexibility within own departments and use of available resources.
• Follow up on HR related issues.
• Go-to person for SAP related issues, locally and outside own site.
• Responsible for The Transparency Act for Polynt Composites Norway
• General reporting to Polynt head quarter
