Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities
Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals who are committed to clinical excellence and collaborative care. As an RBT at Acclimate ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in home, school, and community-based environments, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track client progress.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments
Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
Collect and record data during each session to track client progress
Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements
Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development

Requirements:
Active RBT certification through the BACB
A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred)
Commitment to supporting the needs of clients in a compassionate and professional manner
Strong organizational and communication skills
Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations
