Product Audit & Measurement Line Assistant

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Quality Inspection & Reporting

• Perform sampling inspection and QZ test activities, and prepare related reports
• Conduct initial master sample point checks to ensure product standard compliance
• Prepare and maintain ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report) for new products or projects

🔹 Equipment & Tooling Support

• Support the release of testing fixtures for inspection processes
• Verify and release equipment and tooling for project transfer or relocation activities

🔹 Problem Analysis & Investigation

• Investigate quality issues such as:
  • 0-km claims
  • Internal failures
  • Other defective parts
• Provide analysis reports and support corrective actions to prevent recurrence

🔹 Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams on the shop floor
• Support daily operations and handle assigned tasks from supervisors

📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timeliness of QZ test and inspection activities
• Accuracy and on-time delivery of inspection and investigation reports

✅ Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

✅ Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in manufacturing environments

✅ Skills & Knowledge

• Familiar with Quality Management Systems (IATF 16949 preferred)
• Good communication skills and strong quality mindset
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively
• Proficiency in Thai and English communication
