Patient Service Representative 2 - Diagnostic Imaging

Inova Enterprise Central Contact Center is looking for a dynamic individual ready for growth and opportunities to expand their skill base in patient scheduling and registration. The contact center is fully remote department servicing multiple specialties and departments at Inova. Currently we are looking to fulfill the role of an experienced scheduling/registration individual who has advance knowledge in scheduling in either hospital or outpatient departments. Background in Imaging scheduling in Radiant orders is preferred but not required. Must have an advance background in customer service and previous high-volume scheduling, previous call center experience is preferred by not required. Training will be given to learn scheduling for all Imaging/Radiant modalities. This position is specifically to join our Central Imaging team, after 90 days have been completed expectations to learn other specialty scheduling will be introduced.
