About the Team
The Global Practice Enablement team is dedicated to delivering high-quality training and enablement solutions globally for Nutanix Services. Located in Bangalore and Pune, this team fosters a culture of collaboration and excellence, focusing on continuous improvement and ensuring that the training experiences are both consistent and impactful. The mission of the team is to empower employees and partners through well-structured training programs, enabling them to effectively deliver Nutanix Services and maintain high standards across the board.
You will report to the Staff Global Practice Lead Services Enablement, who is known for a supportive and empowering leadership style, encouraging team members to take initiative and develop their skills. The work setup for this role is hybrid, requiring the hire to be in the office a few days a week while allowing flexibility for remote work to foster a balanced work-life environment.
This role does not require any travel, enabling you to focus fully on supporting training operations and learner engagement from your primary location.
Your Role
  • Facilitate learner support and manage training operations to maintain a high-quality training experience for global Services offerings.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to support training delivery, including enrolling learners and tracking training completions.
  • Coordinate Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions, virtual webinars, and ensure smooth execution of training logistics.
  • Oversee certification management for Nutanix Certified Services (NCS) program including maintaining standards and updating requirements.
  • Support agile delivery by managing Jira boards, facilitating sprint ceremonies, and keeping roadmaps updated to flag blockers.
  • Assist in developing enablement strategies and content to ensure programs are measurable and consistent across services.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to enhance training initiatives.
  • Achieve measurable improvements in training efficiency and learner satisfaction by the end of the first year.
What You Will Bring
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in services enablement, technical training operations, or professional services delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) coordination.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for agile project management.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Freshdesk for learner inquiries and support.
  • Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
  • Experience in content creation and maintenance aligned with learning and enablement initiatives.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
