Pizza Hut North Asia Franchise Markets (NAFM) spans 7 markets (Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, Mongolia, Myanmar, Vietnam) across Delivery, Carryout, Dine-In and Aggregator channels.
The role is accountable for driving sales growth, profitability, and sustainable unit economics across the franchise system, with core KPIs including SSSG, WPSAT, NNU, and Operating Profit, alongside Guest Experience metrics (Win Score, FSCC, ACE, Delivery Speed) & Franchise Capability.
