Coordinator - Maintenance Master Data (Guadalajara)

What you will be doing

1. Ensure that safety, health, and environmental procedures are adhered to within his/her work environment.
2. Manage, prioritize and complete SAP master data changes requests in line with scope of change request and master data standards.
3. Complete routine health checks of master data for completeness and compliance. This includes auditing compliance of master data changes by other roles where authorized.
4. Support the Operations Assurance team as necessary.
5. Advise Operational Excellence Lead of improvement opportunities and implementation as agreed.
6. Complete intercompany indirect material creations and extensions as required from the North American business.
7. Complete ad hoc analysis tasks as required.
8. Actively identify, quantify and escalate master data gaps. Manage the implementation of approved corrective action plans.
