We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Service Technician with HVAC or plumbing experience who enjoys troubleshooting, takes initiative, and delivers outstanding customer service. As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Be responsible for troubleshooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, painting (spackling), carpentry, and electrical repairs. Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws. Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets in a high-volume community environment. Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs, timelines, and updates. Support make-ready turns, grounds upkeep, and snow removal as part of overall community operations. Assist the team in maintaining strong service delivery standards at a busy, resident-focused community with high service expectations.   Compensation & Incentives: Base Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour Sign-On Bonus: $1200 Up to 50% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave   Hours & Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Paid rotating on-call participation required (weekday coverage with weekend rotation) Must be available and prepared for emergency events, including snow removal *Schedule subject to change based on business needs   What we’ll expect from you: Active, valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property. HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred, with hands-on experience required. Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience (multifamily or transferable experience accepted). Experience with plumbing, HVAC systems, or boiler systems (Lochinvar experience a plus). Ability to manage work orders, make-ready tasks, and daily responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members. Comfortable working with technology, including mobile apps, email, and property management systems.   #AC6118
