Manager of Revenue Optimization, Clinic Administration (Exempt)

Works closely with leadership to utilize the appropriate metrics and monitoring tools to assure that messages are being responded to, charts and documentation are being completed, appointments are scheduled, and charges are captured in accordance with all organizational policies, regulatory and compliance practices.   Will identify trends that indicate the need for further training or process change and develop the needed training or process changes.  Works closely with Benefis Medical Group leadership, providers and staff, as well as revenue cycle and other departments impacted.  Is responsible for the monitoring of staffing, maintaining the staffing reports and operations of the float pool.  Participates in a lead role for the Benefis Medical Group patient satisfaction committee.  Is responsible for frequent presentations to various levels of the organization.

Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.

Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:

• Masters Degree required
• Three (3) to five (5) years experience in healthcare administration required.
• Experience in patient revenue cycle, including data analysis preferred
