Field HSE Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Lifting SME to join our team on a major field development project in North Kuwait.This is a senior, high-accountability role embedded within a large-scale integrated drilling and facilities operation, with direct client interface on all lifting and regulatory matters.

**What the role covers:**- End-to-end ownership of the project Mechanical Lifting Programme: planning, lift plan review and approval, lift categorisation, equipment register management, and execution oversight of Critical and Non-Routine lifts

- Direct interface with the client Lifting Authority for plan submission and regulatory compliance

- Competency assessment and supervision of lifting crews across multiple simultaneous drilling contractors

- Audit and compliance management across all project phases, from pad construction through well testing and production

- LEEA Appointed Person certification (or internationally recognised equivalent) 

- Minimum 8 years in dedicated ML supervisory or SME roles in onshore O&G environments

- Demonstrated experience managing lifting programmes in multi-contractor setting

- Candidates with additional experience and credentials in Dropped Objects Prevention programme management and DROPS system auditing will stand out
