Aftermarket Sales Engineer – Industrial Mixers/Agitators | Saudi Arabia
Job Description
Job Purpose
The Aftermarket Sales Engineer is responsible for developing and managing aftermarket business for industrial mixers and agitators, including spare parts, repairs, service contracts, retrofits, and upgrades. The role focuses on supporting the installed base across process industries in Saudi Arabia, ensuring equipment reliability while maximizing lifecycle value for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Aftermarket Sales & Business Development
Drive aftermarket revenue through sales of spare parts, wear components, service contracts (AMC/CMC), inspections, repairs, overhauls, and retrofits for industrial mixers and agitators.
Identify and develop opportunities within the installed base, including obsolete or aging equipment.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial offers, coordinating with OEM principals and internal service teams.
Negotiate commercial terms and close orders in line with company objectives.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, EPCs, maintenance teams, and shutdown planners.
Conduct regular site visits, equipment audits, and customer meetings across KSA.
Support customers during planned shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency breakdowns.
Technical & Application Support
Act as the technical point of contact for mixer/agitator aftermarket requirements.
Assist customers in spare parts identification, troubleshooting, performance improvement, and upgrade solutions.
Coordinate field service activities such as inspections, commissioning support, and corrective maintenance.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Maintain a sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and monthly reports.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback within the Saudi market.
Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and installed base mapping.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with company policies, OEM standards, Saudi regulations, and HSE requirements.
Promote safe working practices during site visits and service activities.
