Talent Strategy Partner

Continental Properties is looking for a Talent Strategy Partner to join our Human Resources team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI. As a Talent Strategy Partner, you’ll support the delivery of HR business partner services and talent management programs for Continental's home office population. This role works closely with the Senior Director, Talent Strategy and functions as both a consultative partner to home office leaders and a program executor within the Talent Strategy COE. This is a developmental, high-impact role for an HR professional who is equally comfortable in strategic conversations with leaders and in the operational work of designing and running talent programs.
